Thanks for dropping by and showing interest in the Alternative Airwaves podcast! The goal of this podcast is to shed light on some really great artists that would otherwise go un-noticed, as well as finding some cool, copyright-free music.
All music in the podcast is either protected by the Creative Commons copyright system, or the copyright on the music has expired. It’s all explained in the podcast, so go ahead and listen! The direct download link can be found at the end of this post.
But first here are some notes that I didn’t include, mostly because it would take up too much time. If you want to subscribe to the podcast, you can do so in a number of ways:
- iTunes: I’m working on getting it available on iTunes. I’ll let you know when it’s there.
- Subscribe to this blog: If you have an RSS reader (such as Google Reader), you can subscribe to this blog and received updated posts automatically. Further instructions can be found here.
- Direct download: Every podcast will have a corresponding blog post to go with it, which includes a direct download link as well as the complete playlist.
In short, you don’t need to read the blog to get the podcast, but I’ll probably add s
ome extra goodies that you won’t find in the podcast itself. I should be able to do this once a week, since I was able to put this together in a few days.
