The Friday Playlist makes a triumphant return! At least, a return. Sorry for missing out on a few weeks folks. Sometimes I just don’t get inspired to write something for the playlist, or get too busy to find a playlist in the first place. I didn’t want to skip anything this week, so I went searching through Jamendo’s Playlist page.
At first I was tempted to go with the ‘Best of September’ playlist – but I think I pilfered from that list a little two podcasts ago. (In other news, I can’t wait for a Best of October 2016 podcast!) The next playlist I saw caught my attention: the Night Commute playlist.

I thought for a weekend, this might be a fitting playlist to act as a soundtrack to your shenanigans. It’s pretty strong, and features artists such as Rag and Bones, The Madpix Project, Boogie Belgique (a favourite discovery of mine for 2016), The Funkastic Grooves (great name!), and AJC & The Envelope Pushers. Countries from all over the world are represented here, as well as various music styles.
